The Earth we live must survive the anthropic changes

Once upon a time in the Epoch of Anthropocene, there was a community of tightrope walkers. 

The tightrope walker is meant to be a skilled story-teller capable of mixing his flair for science and technology, education and culture, society and nature. He is an expert in between a technical journalist and a worker at service of sustainable innovation.

Who are tightrope walkers of the Anthropocene?

bards

The Anthropic Bard is a professional story teller who collects stories from around the World and travel to spread knowledges and experiences.  He cares about society and education and  plays poems of economics and politics.

Geomancers

The Anthropic Geomancer is a diviner that probes Earth’s changes and resources.  He interpretes properties and geometries of solids and terrestrial flows of energy.

Contortionists

The Anthropic Contortionist is a performer who challenges extreme environments and human constraints.  Thanks to his flexibility, his thoughts and believes stretch hydrosphere, atmosphere and even space.

Alchemists

The Anthropic Alchemist is an experimenter who develops methods and technologies . In the alchemy lab he studies and tests nature-inspired processes as well as new and advanced materials.

Sampling has been made between Sept. 2018 and Gen. 2019. The Municipality of Bologna Metropolitan Area authorized the sampling campains, and we had granted access to public green areas.

20cm-depth samples of urban soil were taken using a standard soil corer. The anthropic pressure affects, to some extent, the quality of urban topsoil: we want to know more…
